Business Challenge

Ubique sells home furnishing products under multiple brands across retail and ecommerce channels. The company’s constant expansion of both products and brands requires equally constant growth in sales, particularly on Amazon. With more than 10,000 ASINs and a rapidly changing inventory, Ubique needed a robust marketplace strategy and the ability to adapt quickly to inventory fluctuations.


Icon analyzed Ubique’s entire Amazon portfolio, including sales and performance data, PDP content, competitive activity, etc., to provide a holistic view of the company’s position in the marketplace. We then developed an overall Amazon strategy centered on advertising (PPC and DSP), ideal campaign structure, and keyword and bidding strategies. For ongoing campaign optimization, we combined our Amazon team’s expertise with our proprietary Optimizer software.


Icon built an expandable Amazon strategy that positioned Ubique to succeed as its brand portfolios grew. Ubique’s top brands have seen a more than 1,000% increase in ad sales from October 2020 through May 2023.
