Client Services
The Senior Project Manager works with the account executive team, who are largely focused on eCommerce business, to ensure that deliverables make it to the client on time and within budget. This person will interface with clients for reviews of work and for other communication, as needed. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the senior project manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities, as well as guiding more junior team members to do the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with account executives from onset of project to assist in the development of project plans, including estimates and timelines
- Involvement in client kickoff meetings and other key client meetings to ensure a solid project foundation is laid prior to internal project kickoff
- Input estimates into the Advantage PM system and track budgets closely, pulling and analyzing QvA (Quote vs. Actual) and connecting with the AE on next steps and solutions
- Work with the traffic manager to determine appropriate resources and timing
- Create and manage detailed schedules throughout the life of projects
- Initiate/attend internal and client cross-functional project planning and status meetings
- Highly involved in the Advantage system: set up the project schedules and manage completion of tasks (to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner)
- Deliver ongoing project communication, including project kickoff meetings, frequent internal check-ins, and client communication as needed
- Monitor and report project progress and manage roadblocks
- Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline agency and/or client work and processes
- Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time and within budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of agency related experience; preferably with digital focus
- Experience with eCommerce (Amazon, Shopify, Adobe Commerce)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

The Account Executive is the liaison between the client and creative team. They will manage budgets, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and helps deliver projects to clients on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent communication to internal team and clients
- Attend internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status and planning meetings
- Support the develop estimates and scopes by engaging across disciplines regarding client deliverables, with supervisor input and approval
- Assist with creative brief development, execution, and follow up, as identified
- Update and maintain client status reports, including objectives, deadlines, and budgets
- Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline agency and/or client work and processes
- Occasional travel may be required
- Focus on understanding processes and procedures
- Executes much of the processes with support from AAE when applicable
- Starts to contributes to the account strategy with SAE, ACSD, strategy and creative team
- Contributes to presentations
- Contributes to budget forecasting for their projects
- Must be a self-starter, curious, and forward thinking
Requirements:
- BA degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 2 year’s experience preferred
Creative Services
Are you a copywriter with experience in bringing brands to life in social content and advertising? If so, we can’t wait to learn about you. The copywriter will dream up new ideas for our largest client (and more) and have the right words to convince a consumer to act. This person will use copy skills to elevate the work of design, UX, or tech partners. The copywriter will write in whatever brand voice gets thrown their way and isn’t afraid to become an expert in the client’s business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create emotionally compelling social copy, content, and advertising
- Collaborate with the Creative, Account, Technology, and Strategy team members
- Ensure projects fit within established brand guidelines
- Stay current with social creative best practices
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of copy and social experience, ideally in an agency
- Experience across a range of social platforms
- Has a killer portfolio of interesting social ideas/content executed in organic and paid

The Designer will design, develop, and implement creative executions across a range of digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative, Strategy, and Account team members on projects
- Design and develop websites, landing pages, and animated banner ads
- Employ knowledge of user experience and other digital design best practices
- Create design concepts, sitemaps, and wireframes to outline the user experience
- Prepare final designs and collect graphic assets for development
- Ensure projects fit within established brand guidelines
- Stay current with digital design and development best practices
Requirements:
- BA in Digital Design or a related field with a strong portfolio
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably agency
- Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS, Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Animate (Flash), and After Effects
- Interface design and user experience design expertise
