Web Development

The Ecommerce Developer will develop and launch ecommerce stores using custom front-end design and software development tools. Primary tools include Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, and email marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative, Strategy, and Account team members on development projects in Shopify and Adobe Commerce (Magento)
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical website issues
  • Provide insights and solutions on a variety of ecommerce and CMS projects with a focus on fast, responsive pages
  • Implement designs created by clients and internal design teams using responsive design standards.
  • Employ knowledge of user experience and other web design best practices
  • Perform code reviews of other developers’ code submissions to ensure quality code is deployed
  • Enforce cybersecurity processes and standards used within the organization

  • Stay current with web development best practices

Requirements:

  • BA in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related development experience, preferably agency
  • 3+ years of professional experience writing HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Adobe Commerce (Magento) certification is required at hire or soon after
  • Experience implementing Google Analytics tags
  • Experience with GitHub and source control practices
  • Understanding of web hosting configuration. Including DNS, SMTP, SPF/DKIM, and other web protocols necessary for launching and managing a website
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Klaviyo, HubSpot, and MailChimp experience a plus

  • The Ecommerce Senior Developer will manage and launch ecommerce stores using custom front-end design and software development tools. Primary tools include a focus on Adobe Commerce (Magento), and an understanding of Shopify, and email marketing platforms.
    • Design and architect Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions using a broad understanding of the features and workflows built in.
    • Collaborate with the Creative, Strategy, and Account team members on development projects in Shopify
    • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical website issues
    • Provide insights and solutions on a variety of ecommerce and CMS projects with a focus on fast, responsive pages

Client Services

The Account Executive will support team initiatives by pulling together insights, tactics, and big-picture thinking into brilliant strategies. This person will be responsible for executing positive client relationships, project management, budget-tracking, and timelines in a fast-paced, non-stop environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster, maintain, and build new relationships with eCommerce accounts.
  • Collaborate with our eCommerce team to achieve key brand objectives that drive shopper engagement along the path to purchase.
  • Work closely with SAE and ACSD to support the overall eCommerce business with a focus on executing digital marketing campaigns that optimize performance for our portfolio.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs from planning to launch, working with internal and external resources to facilitate on-time, accurate delivery of assigned projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including kickoff and billing
  • Provide excellent communication to internal team and clients
  • Attend internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status and planning meetings
  • Collaborate with creative, production, internal accounting, and account team members to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline agency and/or client work and processes
  • Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

  • BA degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising; preferably agency experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in activating and developing marketing programs
  • Experience with traditional and digital media preferred

The Senior project manager works with the client services (account executive) team to ensure that deliverables make it to the client on time and within budget. This person will interface with clients for reviews of work and for other communication, as needed. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the senior project manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities, as well as guiding more junior team members to do the same.

The Senior project manager requires superior project management skills. They must be a conscientious team player, be a good organizer, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a creative problem-solver with initiative and a take-charge attitude.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account executives from onset of project to assist in the development of project plans, including estimates and timelines
  • Involvement in client kickoff meetings and other key client meetings to ensure a solid project foundation is laid prior to internal project kickoff
  • Input estimates into the Advantage PM system and track budgets closely, pulling and analyzing QvA and connecting with the AE on next steps and solutions
  • Work with the traffic manager to determine appropriate resources and timing
  • Create and manage detailed schedules throughout the life of projects
  • Initiate/attend internal and client cross-functional project planning and status meetings
  • Highly involved in the Advantage system: set up the project schedules and manage completion of tasks (to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner)
  • Deliver ongoing project communication, including project kickoff meetings, frequent internal check-ins, and client communication as needed
  • Monitor and report project progress and manage roadblocks
  • Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline agency and/or client work and processes
