Optimizing the customer experience for omnichannel growth

Business Challenge

The innovator behind DIY cast vinyl camouflage, Mossy Oak Graphics, was struggling to grow. Not only did the company have a catalog containing over 3,000 SKUs, but its products were also sold across three ecommerce channels: Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and the company’s Adobe Commerce website. Mossy Oak needed a strategic partner with omnichannel ecommerce expertise and robust content creation capacity to help coordinate its efforts—particularly on Amazon.


The first part of our solution was improving the customer experience with the brand. Faced with thousands of products and variations in Mossy Oak’s inventory, we needed to make it easier for customers to find the most relevant items. We reimagined and redesigned product content to focus on features and benefits, making the most sought-after information top of page. To create a true omnichannel shopping experience for the consumer, we syndicated the company’s enhanced brand content across its website and all market channels. The second part involved driving more traffic to its storefronts in the form of ad campaigns and promotions, which we still oversee. Currently, we continue to manage both the website and the brand’s Amazon advertising.


With a combination of organic and paid Amazon growth strategies, we were able to grow Mossy Oak’s ad sales by 790% year over year for a total revenue growth of more than 35% compared to the previous year.
