The Senior Account Executive plays an integral role on the Client Services team by providing excellent support to our top retail client. This role manages the day-to-day communications with key clients and guides an internal team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent communication to internal team and clients.
- Attend internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status and planning meetings.
- Develop client estimates and scopes by engaging across disciplines with supervisor input and approval.
- Handle budget forecasting for projects.
- Responsible for creative brief development, execution, and follow-up.
- Update and maintain client status reports, including objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
- Identify opportunities to gain efficiency and streamline agency and/or client work and processes.
- Provides support and leadership for other AE team members.
- Contributes to the account strategy with ACSD, strategy and creative team
- Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing, Strategy, Communications or Business
- 3-5 years’ agency experience (experience with product launches and/or durable goods category a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
