Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive plays an integral role on the Client Services team by providing excellent support to our top retail client. This role manages the day-to-day communications with key clients and guides an internal team to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent communication to internal team and clients.
  • Attend internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status and planning meetings.
  • Develop client estimates and scopes by engaging across disciplines with supervisor input and approval.
  • Handle budget forecasting for projects.
  • Responsible for creative brief development, execution, and follow-up.
  • Update and maintain client status reports, including objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to gain efficiency and streamline agency and/or client work and processes.
  • Provides support and leadership for other AE team members.
  • Contributes to the account strategy with ACSD, strategy and creative team
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • BA degree in Marketing, Strategy, Communications or Business
  • 3-5 years’ agency experience (experience with product launches and/or durable goods category a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
