Icon Commerce is currently hiring for the role of Marketplace Optimization Specialist to support advertising campaigns across a variety of online marketplaces, including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart.com, and Target.com. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team to create and manage marketplace pay-per-click and display advertising campaigns for assigned clients. You will also research and analyze data to help make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with account manager to align on goals, strategies and KPI’s for assigned clients
- Create, manage, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Sponsored products, sponsored brands, sponsored display, sponsored brand video, display, and more)
- Research relevant competitors, keywords and audiences
- Adjust campaign budgets and keyword bids as needed to achieve targeted goals
- Identify trends in account metrics
- Communicate any account issues to the client team in a timely manner
- Attain and maintain expertise (and certifications) in Amazon Marketing Services and other marketplace platforms
- Learn new marketplace tactics and features as required
- Share insights, trends, correlations, forecasts, etc. with client team
- Prepare bi-monthly reports for assigned clients
- Work with account manager to identify cross-sell opportunities
- Manage special requests/projects from account manager
- Manage personal developmental opportunities and related projects/programs as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience with marketplace advertising and/or data analysis
- Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart.com, Target.com and/or other online marketplaces
- Pay-per-click experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor’s Degree
