We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Associate Creative Director to lead the creative efforts for a major client, driving impactful and innovative advertising campaigns that span across TV, digital, and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Lead and manage the creative process for advertising campaigns, from concept development through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of work that meets client expectations.
- Art Direction: Establish the visual tone of campaigns and ensure consistent application across all creative assets.
- Strategic Direction: Collaborate with Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure alignment between creative work and client objectives.
- Cross-Channel Expertise: Create commercial campaigns supported by TV, print, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of designers and copywriters, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Client Communication: Present creative solutions to clients both in person and remotely, articulating how the creative work meets their strategic goals.
- Creative Innovation: Drive creative thinking and design excellence, setting high standards for campaign work and encouraging out-of-the-box solutions.
Requirements:
- 10-15 Years of Experience: Proven track record of designing advertising campaigns from concept through completion, ideally in an agency setting.
- In-depth experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, with a focus on commercial and cross-channel advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
- Strong background in design and art direction, with a portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking and design prowess.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present creative work to clients and stakeholders, both in person and virtually.
- Experience working closely with strategy, account management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure creative excellence and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design excellence in advertising and campaign work is a must.
